Carlino Special

Some may say it’s a “muffuletta” but we call it the Carlino Special, after our dear friend Salvatore. 

Mortadella, Genoa salami, provolone, fresh mozzarella, house pickled giardiniera, olives and banana peppers. It’s a hefty one.
